Youth, Teen, Junior, Open and Master Divisions are available for this event. Raw, raw with wraps and equipped options. Adaptive Athlete division will also be available.

Top 3 places in each weight class and age division for raw, equipped and raw with wraps will be awarded.

Best Lifter by DOTS formula (no age coefficient) for the Raw Division. Equipped lifters are not included in best lifter until there are 5 or more in the division and then there will be an equipped Best Lifter award.

USAPL Minnesota: learn more about other upcoming MN USA Powerlifting meets at the official MN USAPL website.

USAPL Membership: All lifters must be registered members of USA Powerlifting before the day of the event. You can purchase a membership HERE.

Drug Testing:  You must be performance enhancing drug free for at least 36 months prior to the date of this meet to be eligible to compete.  At least 10% of all lifters at the meet will be tested by urinalysis.   Banned substances include but are not limited to anabolic steroids and growth hormones.  The complete list of banned substances is available on the web site of the World Anti-Doping Agency (www.WADA-ama.org).

American Records: American records CANNOT be set at this event.

Raw or Equipped: This event is open to raw and equipped lifters.

Lifting Attire:  All competitors must wear a one piece lifting suit or a wrestling singlet, shoes and a T-Shirt. All equipment must conform to USA Powerlifting rules. See www.USAPowerlifting.com for details.
