Teen (ages 14-19): Top three by DOTS

Junior (ages 20-23): Top three by DOTS

Open Divisions (ages 14 and up): Top three by total in each weight class

Masters I (ages 40-49): Top three by DOTS

Masters II (ages 50-59): Top three by DOTS

Masters III (ages 60-69): Top three by DOTS

Masters IV (ages 70 and up): Top three by DOTS

Best Lifter by formula (excluding age) for the Raw Division. Equipped lifters are not included in best lifter until there are 5 or more in the division and then there will be an equipped Best Lifter for 1 male and 1 female.

Session 1 (All Women, All Teens, All Masters, Men’s Open 56, 60, 67.5)

5:45 A.M. – Doors Open for all Session 1 lifters and coaches.  Everyone must be on the advance lifter or coach list to enter

6:00 A.M.- 7:30 A.M. – Lifter Registration, Equipment Check, Rack Heights and Session 1 Weigh-ins 

7:00 A.M.  –   Doors open for General Admission

7:15 A.M. – Rules Briefing in the warm-up room

8:00 A.M. – Lifting begins

1:30 P.M. — Awards 

The venue will be cleared out between each session to allow for a break for the volunteers to relax and eat between the sessions.

Session 2 (Men’s Open 75, 82.5, 90, 100, 110, 125, 140, 140+)

1:15 P.M. – Doors Open for all Session 1 lifters and coaches.  Everyone must be on the advance lifter or coach list to enter

1:30 P.M.- 3:00 P.M. – Lifter Registration, Equipment Check, Rack Heights and Session 1 Weigh-ins 

2:30 P.M.  –   Doors open for General Admission

2:45 P.M. – Rules Briefing in the warm-up room

EXTRA INFO

USAPL Minnesota: learn more about other upcoming MN USA Powerlifting meets at the official MN USAPL website.

USAPL Membership: All lifters must be registered members of USA Powerlifting before the day of the event. You can purchase a membership HERE.

Drug Testing:  You must be performance enhancing drug free for at least 36 months prior to the date of this meet to be eligible to compete.  At least 10% of all lifters at the meet will be tested by urinalysis.   Banned substances include but are not limited to anabolic steroids and growth hormones.  The complete list of banned substances is available on the web site of the World Anti-Doping Agency (www.WADA-ama.org).

American Records: American records CANNOT be set at this event.

Raw or Equipped: This event is open to raw and equipped lifters.

Lifting Attire:  All competitors must wear a one piece lifting suit or a wrestling singlet, shoes and a T-Shirt. All equipment must conform to USA Powerlifting rules. See www.USAPowerlifting.com for details.
