130 Lifter Cap
Divisions: Junior, Open and Master divisions are available for this event for both Full Power and Bench Press only. Raw, Equipped and Raw with Wraps options will be available. Each division will have options for Male, Female and MX.
Registration fees: If you select to enter multiple divisions and do not pay for them, we will remove any extra divisions not paid for!
$120 Full Power Only includes a t-shirt
$80 Bench Only includes a t-shirt
$160 Full Power and Bench Only
$35 to add additional age division
Awards: Top 3 by weight class and division
Best Lifter by formula (no age coefficient) for the Raw Division for both Full Power and Bench Only divisions. Equipped lifters are not included in best lifter until there are 5 or more in the division and then there will be an equipped Best Lifter for 1 male and 1 female.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR ANY REASON. REGISTRATIONS CANNOT BE TRANSFERRED.

USAPL Minnesota: learn more about other upcoming MN USA Powerlifting meets at the official MN USAPL website.
USAPL Membership: All lifters must be registered members of USA Powerlifting before the day of the event. You can purchase a membership HERE.
Drug Testing: You must be performance enhancing drug free for at least 36 months prior to the date of this meet to be eligible to compete. At least 10% of all lifters at the meet will be tested by urinalysis. Banned substances include but are not limited to anabolic steroids and growth hormones. The complete list of banned substances is available on the web site of the World Anti-Doping Agency (www.WADA-ama.org).
American Records: American records CAN be set at this event.
Raw or Equipped: This event is open to raw and equipped lifters.
Lifting Attire: All competitors must wear a one piece lifting suit or a wrestling singlet, shoes and a T-Shirt. All equipment must conform to USA Powerlifting rules. See www.USAPowerlifting.com for details.
